Thank you very much!
Last question regarding the errors, if I may. When I plot USRBIN 2D, I'lI check the "errors" and I get the relative error of every bin. I though it is the same when I plot 1D.
But it didn't work, so I assume that when plotting 1D the errors are included depending on what type of graph you select. For 1D Max the errors are realistic while for 1D Projection is quite underestimated. Is there any way how to combine the average value (1D Projection) and relative error in the one graph?
By the way, is there anywhere I can read about 1D Trace plot types? Something related to FWHM? Could it help maybe to evaluate errors?
Regards,
Alex

Dear Alex,
It depends on how you are plotting it. Gnuplot doesn't really have histograms. flair is using the "step" style which draws a step-line from the beginning of a bin to the next one,
if you use other styles like scatter or errorbars then it will use the center.
1. USRBIN 1D Max, depending on the projection direction e.g. if in Z it will scan every X-Y slice for the bin that contains a max value
2. 1D plotting on X means that the horizontal plot axis will be the X projection of the USRBIN, then the value depends on what you are plotting,
if you are plotting a 1D projection then it will calculate the average value of the Y-Z slice for each X value, 1D max like point 1. the max value
of each Y-Z slice etc.

Subject: [fluka-discuss]: Flair USRBIN 1D plotting
Dear experts,
After some search in the mail archive/course slides about the details of USRBIN 1D plotting I found that USRBIN 1D Projection is done by taking the beginning value of the bin and not the center. Just few basic questions to be certain:
1) Does USRBIN 1D Max mean then the max value of the bin? Or is it smth else, for example, max value of the all bins on the certain source plane, etc.
2) When we do 1D plotting on X axis in X-Y-Z usrbin, then we run across X axis taking Y & Z as zeroes?
Thanks,
Rgds
Alex
