Hi Amucha,
On first glance, it appears that there is nothing wrong with your input. Please check in the file tank001.out
It is possible you have an outdated fluka version. If it's not the case could you please also send that.

Subject: [fluka-discuss]: run stop due to a seed problem
Dear Fluka Users,
I came across an unpleasant problem which origin is unknown for me. I
run an input (attached to this post, Flair, 5 cycles) and got a message
TIME OUT. In the output file I can see:
Initial seed copied from /home/software/fluka
Running fluka in
/data1/FLUKA/fluka_share/AMUCHA/OPJM/04_15/BIN_TEST/fluka_40333

exist!
This input was ok a couple days ago, initial seed was found, the second
cycle started normally. Where should I look for solution?
