Dear Shahid,
You can delete the previous vdi from the entry of Virtual Box using the "VBoxManage" command
with
vboxmanage list hdds
it will list all your harddrives and with the command
vboxmanage closemedium disk <uuid> --delete
you can delete the disk

Hello FLUKA experts
I am Installing my FLUKA on Virtual Box, i found the Error
{{{{ Cannot register the hard disk 'D:\FLUKA\flupix.vdi'
{cbf3536f-ebfd-4cfa-9791-9425849fff82} because a hard disk
'E:\New folder\flupix.vdi' with UUID
{cbf3536f-ebfd-4cfa-9791-9425849fff82} already exists.
Result Code:
E_INVALIDARG (0x80070057)
