Just as an update, I was able to solve the problem by opening a new flair file and copying all the cards to another flair project window, although a solution to this problem is still worth knowing!

Subject: [fluka-discuss]: Error editing input file
Hi fluka experts,
I noticed that there was a thread regarding this error some years ago. Basically whenever I manually edit a fluka input file, even via the editor button in the software, the file becomes corrupted and has this error. I tried importing geometry via simplegeo with the same error.
Input file <�. .inp> has changed since editing started.
Reload new version
[Yes] [No]
Is there any way to solve this? Many thanks!
