Dear Sizwe
the card you need is the LOW-MAT card where you assign to your materials a corresponding cross-section available in FLUKA.
Unfortunately for Thallium and Selenium there is no corresponding cross-section available in FLUKA.
The best approach would be to use the LOW-MAT of a material that exists in FLUKA and has a similar cross-section of interest (for your studies) with the above materials.

Subject: [fluka-discuss]: Cross-sections for Uranium, Selenium, and Thallium on FLUKA
Dear FLUKA experts and community,
I have been trying to run a simulation of 14 MeV neutron activation of a sample containing Uranium, Thallium and Selenium but I get the message: "Low energy neutron xsec not found for some media...", the media being the above mentioned elements. Is there a particular card I can use to solve this problem?
