No. The output from USRBIN, if WHAT(1) >= 10 and WHAT(2) is not 208, 211,
219, 220, 229 or 230, is particles/cm2. (Fluence is tracklength per
unit volume, cm/cm3 = cm-2). So, there is no difference in the units
used in USRTRACK and USRBIN.
