Dear Mihaela,
I have run your example and I see that you have forgotten the
normalization to the area of the first USRBDX card (output 25).
Moreover this normalization should read 360000, while the
normalization of your second USRBDX card should read 360720.36
(and not 360000), to take into account the 6mm thickness of the wall.
Even with this normalization correctly done, you will still
see differences because of the muons interactions in the steel of
the wall and in the argon of the target. If you put both materials
to vacuum, you will get the same fluxes.
In attachment a corrected version of your input (I have added two
USRBIN cards to better visualize your results).
