Thanks for your reply.

What I want to simulate is the transportation process of neutron GEM detector, which involves:

1)the (n,B)reaction in the boron layer, which releases the Li+ and α particles,

2)the ionization process in the drift region,

3)the avalanche process in the holes of GEM,

4)the ionization process in the induction region.

the above four processes except the 1st one occur under the electric field.

FLUKA can simulate the 1st process and record the energy and emitting coordinate of Li+ and αparticles, can these results be written to a file as the input of Garfield++ in the following three processes? If it can be done, what is the detailed method?

Your question is not very clear to me. You will need to explain in more detail. However, I can advance the following:
1) FLUKA does not track charged particle trajectories under electric fields
2) If you want/need to use a different code and pass information to/from FLUKA you can do so through the source/mgdraw routines (not always trivial, beware of normalizations…)
