I did that all already. It works but during Fluka installation I got many messages about files which names were truncated and might cause problems.
I can run Flair but got the message about like this one and TIMEOUT:

OK, in both cases your are using the Docker Toolbox which is based on Virtualbox and has some limitations with respect to the full Docker CE version.
Please make sure of the following:
- the working directory has to be C:\Users\docker and cannot be chosen
differently;
- start a Docker Quickstart terminal as Administrator (to correctly
initialize Docker); you can close this windows after the first start;
- work from a Windows prompt terminal started as Administrator;
With this steps done, could you try to execute again the install_win.bat and the run_win10_home.bat scripts and let me know if anything changes?
