please keep these discussions on the FLUKA mailing list, to help other users as well.
There are no "maximum requirements" for FLUKA.
The differences are simple:
If the CPU is faster, then FLUKA will be faster as well.
If you have more cores, you can ran mor jobs in parallel.
The only consideration you should keep in mind, that if you are planning to use every available core to run FLUKA, it is recommended to have: 2GB memory / core.

Subject: The maximum requirments for installing fluka
Dear Dr. Horvath
I hope life has been treating in a fantastic way on you. Please accept my sincere apology to take so much of your valuable time. I am going to select a suitable system for installing fluka. However, the minimum requirments were mentioned in the manual but the maximum requirements (i. e., RAM, SPEED, Number of cores, etc) has not been clarified.
I mean, is it possible to install fluka on the maximum available Gs RAM, the maximum available speed and the maximum available number of cores?
