Dear Isabela,
     you forgot to adapt the energy sampling interval to your spectrum,
both in values and in units. You should make sure to match your energy
unit to GeV, which is used by Fluka.

The example from the Fluka discuss list had a different spectrum,
which is read and converted to GeV by:
             EN(I) = EN(I)*1.D-3
and is sampled with the instruction:
             ENERGY = 1.D-6 + ( 1.99526D-4 - 1.D-6) * RAN01

In your case the spectrum is different both in values and units.
If I am not mistaken, you should write:
             EN(I) = EN(I)*1.D-9
to have GeV and you should sample with:
             ENERGY = 1.D-6 + ( 9.99D-5 - 1.D-6) * RAN01

This should fix your problem: please, give it a try and let me know.
