Why do you "feel" it is wrong? Do you think it is too much or too little?
You're sending 19 MeV protons on a 12 microns thick aluminum target. From your snapshot I can see that it take 0.023 ms per primary, which on a very first glance doesn't seem unreasonable (12 microns is a very thin target). You've set to have 1 million primaries, which then makes 23 seconds total. It seems pretty straightforward to me.
