Dear Arturo,
Unfortunately no. FLUKA has many techniques to
speed up the variance of the mean,
(see the biasing lecture
http://www.fluka.org/course/Legnaro-07/Lectures/Biasing2.pdf)
but none of them can be used when one is interested in the calculation of
the "intrinsic" variance of the problem, like energy resolution.
