Andrea & FLUKA team,
Using "export DISPLAY=host.docker.internal:0.0" command within the command terminal launched by "run_win10_professional" fixed the issue. Thank you for the assistance, and I apologize for the delay in responding. I've been at a separate work site recently and only had more time to troubleshoot today.
