Your input runs without errors, maybe a system problem?
Try to look into the output and log files
You do not need flukadpm3 for
100 Mev protons, the standard flukahp
executable is enough
You can also run outside flair, from a command line
$FLUPRO/flutil/rfluka -M5 -N0 100m &
