Dear Georgia,
USRYIELD scores double-differential particle yields at boundary crossing or interaction points. The output units will depend on the physical quantities you set in the scoring card.
The online FLUKA manual (
http://www.fluka.org/fluka.php?id=man_onl ) details the units for each of the several physical quantities. It is also recommended to have a look at your output (.lis) files as they should have unit details as well.
More information is also available in the FLUKA course material, for instance:
https://indico.cern.ch/event/753612/contributions/3121542/attachments/1974589/3285974/Scoring_2019.pdf
I hope this helps,
Kind regards,
Ricardo

Dear Fluka experts,
I would like to ask you what are the units of the plot that stems from a USRYIELD card.
