Dear Mahanyapane,
The problem seems to be the gfortran version. You have gfortran 7.5 and the package you are installing was compiled with gfortran 9.3.
Therefore, you can either attempt to install the package for gfortran 8.3 and see if it works or upgrade your gfortran version.
