it looks to me as if the program "gplevbin" is not found. This usually is
in the directory $FLUPRO/flutil/

In your case, it is supposed to be found in

/usr/local/fluka/bin/bingplevbin

which at least is missing a "/" between "bin" and "gplevbin" (the program
to be executed is called "gplevbin"). Make sure that the path for the
gplevbin executable is correct - in FLAIR this can be set in the "FLAIR"
tab by clicking on the "Config" icon and in the window which opens
selecting the "programs" menu. At this point you can specify the path where
the "gplevbin projection" program resides. See section F6.1 of the
fluka/flair manual (which can usually conveniently be reached by clicking
the blue "i" ball on the upper right corner of FLAIR).
