Dear Lawrence,

replicated geometries can be constructed in FLUKA using "Lattices". You
only define the prototype cell in detail, and replicated lattice regions
are then defined using a LATTICE card.

Please check the manual, and have a look at the slides of the
"Geometry"-Lecture in one of the Advanced FLUKA courses
(e.g.
https://agenda.infn.it/event/20624/contributions/104766/attachments/68612/84867/AdvancedGeometry2019.pdf).

I am not sure what the upper limit for replicas is, you certainly seem
to have many of them.
