[fluka-discuss]: Fluka2021.2.1, respin of fluka2021.2 is available (and flair-2.3-0b)

Dear FLUKA users

Fluka-2021.2.1, a respin of Fluka-2021.2, is now available on the official
Fluka web site (www.fluka.org).

This respin addresses a few issues, among them:

- a crash in the Dpmjet interface due to an array out of bound under
  some circumstances. Thanks to Anna Senger for pointing this;
- a few rare crashes in Rqmd when run at energies above 10 GeV/n;
- a very rare crash in Peanut;
- a crash in the EC fully correlated decay routine, when decaying
  in vacuum (thanks to Nicola Mazziotta);
- a possible issue in the usrsuw auxiliary program.

It also provides a few new features/protections:

- low energy neutron pointwise cross sections added for all (stable)
  isotopes of Sr, Pd, La, Pr, Nd, Pm, Sm, Pt, for a total of 259
  isotopes now available.
   HAVE TO DOWNLOAD ALSO THE UPDATED fluka2021.2-data.tar.gz *;
- a change in the low energy neutron scoring, so that when pointwise
  cross sections are used together with bound groupwise ones in the
  thermal region, an arbitrary scoring energy grid can still be used
  in all estimators, as per full pointwise runs;
- a protection in DETECT to check that the upper limit of the histogram
  is larger than the minimum;
- a protection in USRBDX to check that the two regions are different;
- a protection in the evaporation routine against "fake fission"
  of (very) exotic nuclei out of Dpmjet/Rqmd/Bme (eg for nuclei with
  almost all protons);
- the number of possible Z of the ions for which the biological
  information can be read has been increased to 26;
- many updates and corrections in the manuals.

Given the (surprisingly) small amount of problems reported with
fluka-2021.2.0, the previous release, fluka-2020.0.10, has now been
removed from the web site. All users are kindly invited to move
to fluka2021.2, latest respin. Please report any problem
to fluka-discuss_at_fluka.org as usual.

At the same time, flair-2.3-0b, has been also pushed to the web site.
This is PURELY A BUG FIXING respin of flair-2.3-0. Not all bugs were
dealt with, among those that should now be fixed:

- the inability to retain WHAT(1)=3 in PHYSICS with EVAPORAT;
- the inability to deal with signs (+/-) in front of $XXXX;
- the wrong layout of PHOTONUC with sdum=MUMUPRIM;
- the inability to deal with the present header of the RESNUCLEI
  output files;
- the outdated maximum number of possible scoring quantities in USRYIELD;
- several compilation errors for flair-geoviewer under gcc-11.

Since our build computers mostly run gcc-10 or gcc-11, the previous
flair-2.3-0 files are still available in case users running older
versions have problems with the new ones.
