Dear Lee,

The units:
WHAT(1) =3D 124 therefore
        x1=3Dradians (in reality solid angle [sr])
        x2=3DKinetic Energy [GeV])
Second line WHAT(6) =3D 901 therefore you are requesting
        Sigma(O-16) * dN/ dx1 / dx2 in [mb] / sr / GeV
        The Sigma(O-16) is printed in the the USRYIELD _sum.lis
But as I told you this would had a physical meaning if you normalize by
the number of stars (inelastic interactions) and not by the number of
primaries as fluka is doing at the end.

Cordially
Vasilis

Dear Vasilis,

Thank you for your advice.

The non-elastic cross section agrees well with ENDF ,ICRU and FLUKA.
http://www.nndc.bnl.gov/exfor/servlet/X4sShowData?db=3Dx4&op=3Dget_plotda=
ta&
req=3D-1&ii=3D951&File=3DE4R56937_e4.zvd.dat.txt

I could get a close result (at least the same order), but the spectrum
deviates.
The USRYIELD I used gives relatively flat spectrum over 0-11MeV,but ICRU
gives very low results after 3.5MeV.
(attached as excel file)

By the way, where could I find the units (mb/MeV) of output from
USRYIELD , because I searched from the manual (6.1 physical units) and
output file but I did not find it .

Best Regards

Lee
