I'm not sure that I understand correctly your question. It seems to me that
the neutron entry in " number of secondaries" printed in the output file
is exactly what you want, that is all neutrons generated in all
interactions. Why do you feel it's too large? There is another quantity
that FLUKA can score, that is neutrom balance ( generalized particle
222). This is the algebraic sum of outgoing neutrons minus incoming
neutrons for all
interactions. There is a discussion on the subject in the fluka-discuss
archive. . Neutron balance can be scored with the SCORE card or in a
USRBIN grid. Note that, since it is a pointwise quantity, it cannot be
scored with track-length scoring.
