Dear Jamshid,

(please use always the fluka discussion list for such questions, I've
put it into cc)

You don't need the fluscw.f user routine for that but to use the
AUXSCORE card and select the appropriate ion and couple it with the
USRYIELD card via the sdum.
Now for the core dump the information you provided is not enough to find
the problem.
Please look the first line of the .log file, it should contain some
hints of the origin of your problem.
However I would recommend to provide your input file as well all
necessary files.
