energy cutoff

Dear Fluka developers,

I am a medical physics PhD student looking to examine dose deposition
around nanoparticles for radio sensitization in cancer therapy.

Towards this end I am looking for a Monte Carlo code that can do
photon/electron transport at low energies. What is the cutoff energy for
photons and electrons using Fluka?
