No, FLUGG can include the ion-ion generators.
To activate this feature, one needs to change one line
in the GNUMakefile of his own FLUGG application:
substitute
  include $(FLUGGINSTALL)/config/binmake.gmk
with
  include $(FLUGGINSTALL)/config/binmake_ion.gmk
