FLUKA Version

Dear FLUKA experts,

I have been attempting to simulate thick target experiments with
~100-500 MeV/nucleon beams. I have come to understand that the standard
version (fluka2008.3b.1) version does not simulate heavy ion transport
below 100 MeV per nucleon. I have been told that there is a version of
FLUKA available from special request that will enable heavy ion
transport below 100 MeV per nucleon.
