Dear Lawrence,

the SPAREK is a 2D array. You have to modify the lines to
     SPAREK(1,NPFLKA) = XX
     SPAREK(2,NPFLKA) = YY
     SPAREK(3,NPFLKA) = ZZ

BTW the second stuprf.f is not attached
