Hi XuLijun

About gamma spectra: the option DETECT scores the spectra in 1024 bins
with a LINEAR energy binning. In your case, you have an upper limit at
1.D-4 GeV ,
therefore each one of your energy bins will be 0.1 keV wide. If you plot
them on a log scale, you will see the low energy bins amplified in the
plot, every one of your "spikes" is one bin!
So, please plot them on a linear scale, and do not multiply the bin contnt
by the bin energy.

For neutrons: for a precision event-by-event simulation, one should not
use the NEUTRONS default, this can be used only for shielding
calculations. Please switch to PRECISION. The same consideration as for
the gamma spectra apply to the DETECT plotting

Hope this helps
