FW: Geometry problem

Hello,

I've been trying to model a proton beam line in FLUKA and am having
problems with the geometry. The debugging tool in fluka says there are
no problems with my geometry and it looks fine in when I imported it in
to SimpleGeo. I've used the beam/physics setting with another similar
model where they've run without any problems but when I try and run this
simulation it gets as far as loading the DEFAULTS card before stopping
and saying "Finished with Errors". I can't for the life of me work out
what I've missed (probably something really simple!), and was wondering
if somewhat could spot my error?
