PDDs are usually measured in terms of absorbed dose. Therefore I propose
you to use a USRBIN scoring card with cylindrical coordinates. The
particle to score would be number 228, or in names DOSE. You can align
the cylinder along your central beam axis. Choose a small bin size along
the beam axis. The radius can be larger, depending on your field size,
as you can use the symmetry of the problem and reduce the needed number
of primary particles.
To get a PDD, you then have to normalise your dose, for instance to the
maximum value.
The scoring card definition could look something like this, if your beam
axis is z-axis and the beam enters your phantom at z=0.0:

USRBIN 11. DOSE -21. 1.5 0.0 30.0DD
USRBIN 0.0 0.0 0.0 1.0 1.0 300.0&
