Dear FLUKA users,
I'm trying to run FLUKA on Ubuntu 10.04 64 bit. I have managed to install g77 but get error messages
when trying to build the executable, like
/usr/bin/ld: skipping incompatible /usr/lib/gcc/x86_64-linux-gnu/3.4.6/../../../libm.so when
searching for -lm
/usr/bin/ld: skipping incompatible /usr/lib/gcc/x86_64-linux-gnu/3.4.6/../../../libm.a when
searching for -lm
/usr/bin/ld: skipping incompatible /usr/lib/libm.so when searching for -lm
/usr/bin/ld: skipping incompatible /usr/lib/libm.a when searching for -lm

I would guess that this is an issue with 32 vs 64 bit. I found information in the mailing list
archive that it should be possible to run FLUKA on a 64 bit system but that 32 bit compatibility
libraries are needed.

Does anyone know what Ubuntu packages I have to install? And do I have to change anything in the
lfluka script - compiler flags etc? Or do you know any other solution?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Best regards,
Roderik Bruce
