Yes, it is an issue with 64 bit. You should install g77 and a few relate
packages in 32 bit. If you look at the post
http://www.fluka.org/web_archive/earchive/new-fluka-discuss/3498.html
there is a list of needed packages.
The flags are already set in the fluka scripts, you should not need to
change anything

Sorry, I'm not an Ubuntu expert, I cannot halp more..
