fluka + pythia

dear Fluka users

i want to initiate a simulation with the primaries generated by Pythia.
in the attachment there are input and source files.

i got the error attached, but i am not sure whether source.f is
correct. what might be the reason?

another question is, since Fluka particle codes are differing from PDG
codes, what number should be used
for the particles not listed in Fluka particle names (Table5.1)?

or mass number given in Pyhtia can be used to evaluate kinetic energy
without looking for the particle number?
