Hallo,

your reasoning is correct.
Let me just clarify that, in case of USRBIN *per region*, what you get
asking for ENERGY is the total energy deposition over the region (GeV and
not Gev/cm3) and what you get asking for DOSE is the same as before
divided by the region material density (which turns out to be not a dose -
GeV/g - rather the product dose*volume - GeV*cm3/g -).
