Help to figure out errors in my input file

Hi I am new in fluka and want to calculate (as a test) beam dump on lead
target that surrounded by concrete.I made geometry using SimpleGeo and
debugged it successfully.
Problem is I can't get the result of usrtrack card for NEUTRONS and it
  always gives ZEROES .

I am asking anybody with experience to check my input file and help me to
obtain neutrons fluence ( it is small one).
