Dear FLUKA experts,

I am experiencing a problem where FLUKA is moving all of the files in
the folder in which it is running to files with a four digit prefix.
For example, if there is a file in the folder named X, FLUKA has moved
it to 1004_X. Here is a sample output:

$TARGET_MACHINE = Linux
$FLUPRO = /lustre/Fluka/fluka2011
$PEMF = /lustre/Fluka/fluka2011/libec_thihecufealw_10t.pemf

Running fluka in /lustre/Fluka/I14/1420
File /lustre/Fluka/I14/1420/sigmapi.bin exists and it is not a link!
File /lustre/Fluka/I14/1420/elasct.bin exists and it is not a link!
File /lustre/Fluka/I14/1420/nuclear.bin exists and it is not a link!
File /lustre/Fluka/I14/1420/fluodt.dat exists and it is not a link!
File /lustre/Fluka/I14/1420/xnloan.dat exists and it is not a link!

======================= Running FLUKA for cycle # 4 =======================

Removing links
Removing temporary files
Saving output and random number seed
      No 1004.out generated!
      No ran1005 generated!
      No 1004.log generated!
      No 1004.err generated!
Saving additional files generated
      Moving 100002.log to /lustre/Fluka/I14/1420/1004_100002.log
...

At this point it proceeds to move every other file in the directory,
including those not generated by FLUKA, to 1004_*. Have you
experienced this problem in the past? What is the best way to address
it? Thank you in advance for your help.

John
