Sorry for the late response.
Seems that glibc is missing.
Try to install it: e.g in Fedora

yum -y install glibc

If your system is 64bit, then try

yum -y install glibc.i686 glibc.x86_64

An easier way to do that is to let the system to install by itself all the
required dependencies.

To do that, simply try:

yum -y install flair-geoviewer-1.0-1.i386.rpm
(Just make sure that you are in the same dir as the rpm package is located)
