Dear Razvan,

yes, the plugin to visualise data in SimpleGeo (DaVis3D) can merge ASCII files.
If you click on the "post-process" button you can do various post-processing tasks
like averaging + error calculation, summing, difference and ratios of USRBIN detectors.

The plugin can also display binary files if you add the file extension ".bin" or ".binary"
However, this is not an officially supported feature due to inherent problems related
to FORTRAN binary files and possible compatibility issues that have only been fixed
in the FORTRAN 2003 standard.

Finally there is also the possibility to convert a binary USRBIN file to
ASCII with FLUKA's "usbrea" utility.
