RE: RE: [fluka-discuss]: How to set jagged geometries

Dear Yuan,

As Paola wrote to you about two weeks ago, 50 nm structures are probably too small for the physics models of the code. Let me quote: "the geometry you defined has layers as thin as 0.05 MICRONS. The models of the code cannot be used for such thin layers. A minimum size of about 1 micron should be kept to get meaningful results."

Cheers, Anton

Dear Vasilis,

  Thanks for your reply.
The attachment is the schematic diagram. The geometry is like this. The height of the triangle is 0.000005 centimeters. If I want to define this geometry, how should I do?
  Thanks for any suggestions.

Best Regards
YuanChen
