Dear Sujoy

I am calculating photons crossing a boundary where energy of photons vary
from 0 to 6 MeV. So, energy of photons is well above the photon transport
cutoff.
What I am understanding is that problem is in the number of photons going
below E-06 and USRBDX is assuming it as Zero.
