Dear Ghazaleh,

The issue can be solved by using lattice numbers instead of names for covering the multiple lattice definitions:
Replace the line
LATTICE L2 L81 LA2 LA81 rot#001
with following one:
LATTICE L2 L81 1. 80. rot#001

(apart from this, you seem to get geometry errors during stepping: please check your geometry)

I simulate a geometry but it doesn't run and I see below message

 Abort called from LATINP reason NR1+NRD!=NR2 FOR NAME INPUT Run stopped!
 STOP NR1+NRD!=NR2 FOR NAME INPUT

I don't know what should I do,I attach my geometry
please help me , It's very important
