Ciao Luca,
 the quick fix is to install them thought the Ubuntu Software Center
install it for you. It will fix the problem and the missing configuration.
Install flair first and flair-geoviewer later. If you already downloaded
them just double click on them from a folder windows to open them in the
Software Center.
