Thanks for your email.
Apologies for forgetting to attach my source.f file, this is now attached along with the particle distribution file this reads in.

I have tried merging the USRBINs manually, as you suggested.
The output I see in the terminal is always just ‘Killed’

I should also add, that when I tried the suggestion to do cd/usr/local/fluka/flutil and $FLUPRO/flutil/lfluka -o usbsuw usbsuw.f
The output I get is as follows:

Also, thanks Petr for your reply – yes, I can confirm that I am able to use the USRDUMP card and get an output (see screenshot below) where I use USRDUMP to plot the source distribution, and this is the distribution I would have expected.

I only seem to be having the problem merging USRBIN files.
I am still unsure of the cause.

 I can't run the inp file as I miss the source file that I use.

Can you try to merge the USRBINs manually using $FLUPRO/flutil/usbsuw from the command line and post the output you get?

It seems for some reason the executable required to postprocess USRBIN files is missing. I suggest you to try the following steps:
1) cd /usr/local/fluka/flutil
2) $FLUPRO/flutil/lfluka -o usbsuw usbsuw.f
3) $FLUPRO/flutil/lfluka -o usbrea usbrea.f
Now try merging the USRBIN files again. Hope it works.

As in the case of "example.inp", it said almost the same: "Error procssing: example_50.bnn".

Did you actually check for the error message in the output? What does it say?
