[fluka-discuss]: 3rd FLUKA advanced course and workshop

Dear all,

we are pleased to announce that the third advanced course and user
workshop will be hosted during the first week of December (Mon 1 - Fri 5)
by the INFN Labs in Frascati (Italy), where the first FLUKA course took
place 11 years ago.

Applications, optionally including the abstract of a possible contribution
to the user workshop embedded in the program, will be open early August,
after a further announcement.
