Dear Siamion,
 you set the WHAT(2) of the RANDOMIZ card to <1> (seed of the random number
generator) which is not a nice thing even if is not strictly forbidden (and
this is why it runs).

Results are meaningful although you need to remember to change this number
if you run different instances of Fluka and you want to merge the data
afterwards. Typically one should choose a number >1 and <9e+8.
