Dear Metin,
If you are able to plot and merge the data (did you merge the data?) you
can then have a look at the output files.

Please be specific. Which plot is crashing? I run the example (15) and I
can plot all the graphs included in the flair file.
In case you modified the example please include the input and flair files
in mail.

In case one of the plot is crashing can you please send over also the data
file? It seems pretty much a gnuplot problem, not Fluka or flair's one.
