Dear Anton,

Thanks for taking a look. Please find the attachment having .out, .err and .log files. I myself just now ran fluke with the same input file and routine which I circulated within the list few days ago. However it crashed after 6 events. The crashing incidence is happening randomly which means for different random number or for different number of events in input file it’s crashing after different number of events.

Thanks

Dear Sourav,

I ran your input file and routine for several hundred events, but I couldn't reproduce the crash (i.e. it is running fine). Did you encounter the crash for the exact input file and routine you sent? After how many events did the crash occur? Could you please be so kind and send me your .out, .err and .log files for the run which crashed?

Thanks!
Cheers, Anton

Subject: [fluka-discuss]: Pb+Pb collision in FLUKA

Dear Fluka experts,

I was trying to run FLUKA for Pb+Pb collision at C.M. energy 5.5 TeV /nucleon and dumping out the kinematic information of the primary particles using FLKSTK in usrein.f. After running over few events FLUKA crashes. However it runs without any crash unto C.M energy of 2TeV/nucleon. Thinking it might be issue with higher multiplicity I ran FLUKA for Cu+Cu at C.M. energy of 5.5 TeV/nucleon and it ran without any crash. Is there any issue with the limited size of FLKSTK ? If so possible to increase the size of FLKSTK by user ? Attached is my input file along with the usrein.f file. Any inputs in this regard will be of great help.

Thanks
-Sourav
