What you have reported is in the first part of the output, and is Xe-131.

In the same output, closer to the end, you will find:

# A/Z/m Isomers:
   131 54 1 1.23456789E+10  12.34
same Z and A, and 1 stands for the first isomer (there could be more than
one). So, this is Xe-131m. (My values are dummy, of course).
