I had the same problem (after Ubuntu updating). Flair wrote Finished OK, bad Fluka did not compute. I reinstal Ubuntu. J

Hi Bruno,
As far as I'm concern if your input file has an error(s), flair will say "Finished OK" , but when you try to "Merge" your data its when Flair will give you an error when you try to process your data.
For next time please attach your input file so that we can see if the problem is with Flair, or your input file.
