You cannot use FLUKA to output cross sections.
If you want to know the dependence cross section of reaction of photon energy for 7Li (y, p)
look here:
https://www-nds.iaea.org/exfor/exfor.htm
Click Target, click Li on the Periodic Table, click Li-7
Click Reaction, click g,p
Click quantity, click CS
You will get 19 sets of experimental cross section data
